I have a wealth of tops in the vault,
sooo ... it is quilts ahoy!
First up will be the zipper quilt with
the wonky star extended back.
It is all pinned and ready.
Then on to a baby quilt, ( child born yesterday!)
and possibly one more.
The numbers you see are for a UFO
challenge over at Country Threads Chicken Scratch.
I am doing well so far. The zipper
quilt was first and it is now pinned and
ready for quilting.
The postage stamp serendipity quilt was next
when number 12 was drawn,
and the top is finished and in line for quilting.
We will find out
tonight which pesky UFO is up next!
They always seem to have a challenge
that puts them in the , "this can wait" pile!
Wish me luck, the vault is crowded!
Here is to a busy month,
stay safe and sew on !

ReplyDeleteThank you , it was so much fun I am tempted to do something with my 2" 1/2 squares!!!!
DeleteBest wishes as you get to quilting on those UFOs. The postage stamp quilt as some great areas to showoff a quilt motif.
ReplyDeleteI will try to do it justice, I am not a great free motion quilter but there are lots of good teachers out there to guide me!
Deleteit looks like my "vault" - but once I start, it is easier than the dreading. good luck - I enjoy your quilts very much
ReplyDeleteThank you , and may our quilt vaults never run dry!
DeleteWow. I thought I was looking at my own quilt closet when I saw your pic. Only difference is I don’t have numbers hanging. I hope you have lots of quilting time this month.
ReplyDeleteYOu can do it!!!

DeleteLooks a wonderful assortment in your quilt vault. I have several quilt tops ready for the next stage too.
ReplyDeleteWe will always have something to work on!
DeleteThat is a LOT of quilts in that vault. I always have to get them quilted once I have the top finished. They are too close to getting finished! Thanks for linking up with Oh Scrap!
ReplyDeleteBut the patterns just wont let me rest!! They just demand to be made and the scraps clamor for attention!!
DeleteGreat photo! {wink wink} I always say I'm a patchworker not a quilter!
ReplyDeleteI have a whole basket of fabric for charity backs, lots of us are more patchworkers than quilters, you are not alone in that!!!
DeleteSounds like 2 beautiful quilts will be finished very soon.Looking forward to seeing them.
ReplyDeleteHave a good week, Deb.
Thank you, and wait till you see what I have done ! Woot Woot!

ReplyDeleteIt turned out so well! I loved making the ps border!! Thank you !
DeleteGreat projects. That postage stamp quilt is gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteIt is next up on the "Sandwich " board. I tend to get on a roll and layer a bunch of quilts in one day!
DeleteQuilt Vault! Mine looks a bit like yours. I really need to quilt up some finished tops instead of just making more to languish in my closet. I do like the tops you shared today!
ReplyDeleteThank you! My quilt vault keeps the tops ready for layering and all in one place!
DeleteI love that zipper quilt! When you move your quilts into "the vault", are they already sandwiched? Do you have to do any pressing before they are quilted?
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing with us at To Do Tuesday!
The tops get a good pressing, folded into thirds down the length and then put on hangers. They stay nice and pressed until sandwich time. Thanks for hosting! I
Deletelove my linky party friends!!
