So, big news, Big Red is complete and on the shelf waiting
for its turn on the four poster! No more batting bits and safety pins turning
up in weird places.
Here is what is in the works
now. I am putting the finishing quilting
on a rainbow log cabin. I saw this
pattern on the cover of a magazine and although it is a classic I was taken in
by the diagonal quilting contrasting so well with the squareness of the log
cabin blocks. Of course I added borders
and decided to carry the diagonal look through to the edges.
