Busy, Busy!

Has spring sprung?

Here in Canada , we are never sure.

It actually snowed a bit on Saturday but the week promises

 to be warmer and sunny.

I had a very busy week sewing and familywise.

Had lots of laughs, some food , lots of visits and some flowers!

First off, Blues for Baby is labeled and in the mail!!

Next up, 5 tops are pinned and ready for quilting! Yay!

Two of these are the additional floral

strip quilts , so the extras are now in the mix!

The worktable is almost empty since I actually

"processed" the scrap windrow created while

pinning five quilts!

A bunch of rainbow scraps blocks are hanging on the wall,

ready to use when  need arises.

Lastly,  2 sets of blocks are trimmed up and

ready for finishing!

So this week's plan is to start quilting up
the five pinned tops.

There is also a pile of left over
florals that need to be taken care .

There may be enough fabric for
one more top!

Stay safe and sew on!

  5. You sound like your are taming your scraps really well. (Well, better than my pathetic attempts!) Nice job on prepping so many sandwiches for quilting.
