Remember the bundle of random
on the Discovery Table?
Well, they've all come together nicely,
and here they are!
First, I sorted them all into like sizes.
I ended up with four or five piles of various widths.
Then I trimmed them down to the largest, nearest size I could get.
Certain sizes are easier to work with, so that's where I went.
It has three central 6" finished columns.
Here is the first top out of those strips.
I snuck in some 2.5" columns just to add a little interest.
Then finished it off with 3.5" columns.
It finishes up at 60" x 72".
The black dotted background is perfect for this and
pulls in all the colors of the strips.
Binding is definitely going to be a bright color,
possibly even the teal,
to bring out every teal hint in the columns
There is a pile remaining so
there is one more top in there.
When I find another great confetti fabric,
I'll be off to sew! Here are some options!
